Lunch today! I followed the recipe exactly and had this done in 30 minutes before my study sesh. ;)

Ahhh I remember seeing this recipe and wanting to try it! Thanks so much for reminding me! Was it easy, effortless, and quick? :)
I have some leeks, ginger, and leftover brown rice in my refrigerator. This could be tomorrow’s lunch! (Good luck with the carrot pickles – the are one of my favorite ferments.)
